+ Do you have "real" bathrooms?
We get this question a lot! Not only are our bathrooms "real," but they are also beautiful and ADA compliant! In fact, it is not legal to operate an event venue in our state without fully compliant permanent restrooms inside the building.
+ What is the process for booking my date?
In order to secure the booking of your wedding date, a signed contract is required along with an initial payment of 50% of your rental fee (plus tax). Your remaining balance may be paid up to thirty days prior to your event.
+ Are there any other fees I should worry about?
We do not have any service fees or hidden fees. Beyond our inclusive package pricing, the only potential additional cost would be for linens or décor rentals and the procurement of wedding insurance, which may be completed online and runs $100-$175.
+ What is your vendor policy?
During your planning meeting, we will discuss vendors specifically tailored to your needs. We pride ourselves in having a finely curated list of preferred vendors. They are experienced in working with us and represent the same high standard we hold ourselves to. Food service are to be provided by a licensed and insured caterer, and music services are to be provided by a professional insured DJ.
+ Are there lodging options nearby?
Danville offers excellent options for your out of town guests! You will find a varied selection of hotels, restaurants, historical attractions, and shopping within a 15-minute drive from our venue. We’ll be happy to make recommendations; Just ask!
+ What is your maximum capacity?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests, as specified by our Certificate of Occupancy (a legal requirement for every venue). Our packages include accommodations for up to 200 guests. If you plan to have more than 200 guests at your wedding, please contact us for a custom quote.
